1) Build up to a heavy 2 Clean Pull + 1 Full Clean+ 1 Front Squat + 1 Jerk.

2) Clean Pulls- 3x6 at 87% 1rm clean.

3) Back Squat- 4x4 with 2 second pause in bottom. Build up to a max for the day.

4) Bent Over Dumbbell Row- 4x10
