1.) Build up to a 1rm snatch in 20 minutes. 5 dropsets singles at 80% max from today.

2.)Back Squat-9-7-7-5. Try and turn last set of 5 into 6 at same weights as last week.

4x12-14 High Pulls Moderate weight
