1.) Build up to a full snatch w 3 second pause in catch plus 1 overhead squat.
2.) Build up to a 1 rm Split Jerk on blocks with a 2 second pause in dip.
3.) Build up to a 2 rm Deadlift.
4.) Wide Grip Chest To Bar Pull Ups- 6x6
