) Build up to a 1rm snatch with no stand up. Dropsets 4x1@90% no stand up.

2) Front Squat- 6x3 w 2 sec pause in bottom. 

3) 2 Snatch Pull plus 1 shrug. 4 sets at 100% todays max.

4) Back Extension on GHD-4x6.

5) Chin ups- 3x10.
