Aether Built Oly Cycle

1) Build up to a 1 rm Clean and Jerk. No dropsets.

2) Back Squat- Build up to a heavy single. Dropsets 3x1@-10-15%. 

3) Clean High Pulls- 4x2. Build up to a heavy double. All sets over 55% 1rm c&j. 

4) Push Press- 4x4@85%+.
