HEALTHY BABES
After years of admiring the body of CrossFit women and having gained a lot of weight while living abroad, Jamie started at CrossFit Aether in 2014 weighing about 160 pounds. She enjoyed the community and how quickly her body was changing that she hasn't stopped. She started doing meal plans and working with coaches with Aether to improve her eating and performance while continuing to train vigorously. Jamie has competed locally many times. Knowing how hard fitness and health can be, she decided to help others become healthy the way that she had. She took her CF-L1 in 2017 and started coaching CrossFit classes quickly after. Jamie now offers Healthy Babes programming: help with macronutrients and meal plans, personal training, small group training, as well as, started the first CrossFit in American Sign Language (ASL) program for Deaf/Hard of Hearing/ASL Users so they too could have access to health, wellness, and CrossFit in their native language. The key in CrossFit is to understand all movements and how to perfect them, which is what she uses to guide and train her clients no matter their skill level or ability. "CrossFit is for everyone" and she helps prove that every day. - Jamie Hardman
